Dr. Schlobohm is excited to now be offering oral appliance therapy for dental sleep disorders such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA) and snoring.
We work closely as a team with local sleep centers in determining what type of sleep disorder you have and treatment options. For most cases treatment options are CPAP, surgery, or dental appliance therapy. at our office we believe the SomnoMed appliance is the most effect appliance therapy for those patients that can not tolerate a CPAP machine or surgery is not an option of choice.
Some common signs of OSA are: snoring, lack of a good nights rest, irritability, fatigue.
